01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ac55," "we," "us," "our" refers to the ac55 platform, its operator, and all affiliated entities operating under the ac55 international gaming license.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on, accesses, or uses the ac55 platform.
• "Platform" means the ac55 website, mobile-optimised web application, and any associated services, including the casino, sportsbook, payment system, and customer support.
• "Account" means a registered player account on the ac55 platform, created through the ac55 registration process.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a player's ac55 wallet at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to a player's account as part of an ac55 promotion, subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and payment verification process required by ac55's licensing obligations.

02 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions, together with the ac55 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and ac55.

By completing the ac55 registration process, you confirm that:

1. You have read and understood these Terms in full.
2. You are at least 21 years of age.
3. You are not registering from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law.
4. You are not acting on behalf of another person.
5. You accept that gambling involves risk and that ac55 does not guarantee any return on funds wagered.

03 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The ac55 platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 years and above. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately closed and their balance forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations. ac55 does not knowingly permit underage gambling and takes this obligation seriously.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active ac55 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms. ac55 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated balances or bonus winnings.

3.3 Geographic Restrictions

ac55 is accessible to players in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions. It is the player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing online gambling platforms is lawful in their specific jurisdiction before registering or depositing. ac55 makes no representation regarding the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction.

04 Account Registration

To access the ac55 platform, you must create a registered account by providing accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, Pakistani mobile number, and a secure password.

• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You must notify ac55 promptly if any of your registered details change, particularly your mobile number or email address.
• Account registration does not create a contractual entitlement to any bonus, promotion, or specific game availability. These are offered at ac55's discretion.
• ac55 reserves the right to decline any registration application without explanation.

05 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ac55 account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. ac55 recommends enabling 2FA on all accounts.

• You must not share your account login details with any other person.
• Any activity conducted through your ac55 account will be treated as activity conducted by you, unless you have previously notified ac55 of suspected unauthorised access.
• If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must contact ac55 support immediately via live chat or email.
• ac55 will never request your password via email, chat, or phone. Any communication claiming to be from ac55 and requesting your password should be reported as a phishing attempt.

06 Deposits & Payments

ac55 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast instant payment, and USDT cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100 for mobile wallet methods.

6.1 Deposit Processing

JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are processed and credited to your ac55 wallet within 30 seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day depending on the sending bank. USDT deposits are credited after the required number of blockchain confirmations.

6.2 Player Funds

Real-money funds deposited into your ac55 account are held in segregated player fund accounts, separate from ac55's operating funds. This segregation is maintained in compliance with ac55's international gaming license requirements.

6.3 Currency

Deposits made in PKR are credited to your ac55 wallet in the equivalent platform currency. USDT deposits are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of credit. ac55 does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR deposits.

07 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from ac55 are subject to the following conditions:

• Your ac55 account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to deposit, where technically feasible. This is an anti-money laundering requirement.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours to verified mobile wallets (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) and 1–3 business days for bank transfers.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional review if they are unusually large, if the account has recently changed contact details, or if the account's activity pattern triggers a compliance review.
• ac55 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• ac55 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending resolution of any open investigation or unresolved bonus wagering obligations.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

ac55 offers various bonuses and promotional campaigns to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your ac55 account must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and winnings derived therefrom cannot be withdrawn.

8.2 Eligible Games

Not all games on ac55 contribute equally — or at all — to bonus wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and table games may have different contribution percentages. The specific contribution rates for each game category are published in the promotion terms. Bets placed on excluded games during an active bonus will not count toward wagering requirements.

8.3 Time Limits

All ac55 bonuses carry an expiry date. If wagering requirements are not completed within the stated time limit, the bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. Time limits are stated in each promotion and are calculated from the date the bonus is credited.

8.4 Bonus Abuse

ac55 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play risk; coordinated betting with other players to exploit bonus structures. ac55 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is detected.

09 Betting Rules

All wagers placed on the ac55 platform — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, slots, sports betting, keno, or any other game type — are subject to the specific rules of that game or event, as published on the platform. The following general betting rules apply across all ac55 products:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the ac55 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• In the event of a technical error or system fault affecting the outcome of a game, ac55 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
• ac55 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum bet limits on any game, market, or event at any time.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance immediately upon settlement of the game or event.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the ac55 system log is the definitive record of bet placement and result. ac55's decision following review of system records is final.
• ac55 reserves the right to void bets placed on games or markets made available in error.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ac55 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one ac55 account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to interact with the ac55 platform.
• Exploiting any error, bug, or vulnerability in the ac55 platform for financial gain. Any gains from exploitation of errors must be reported to ac55 support and will be reversed.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or using ac55 to process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Allowing underage individuals to access or use your ac55 account.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals against ac55 deposits without first contacting ac55 support to attempt resolution. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in account termination and recovery action.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing ac55 staff or other players through any communication channel.

Violation of any of the above will result in account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balances, with the severity of response proportionate to the nature of the violation.

11 KYC & Identity Verification

ac55 is obligated under its international gaming license to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all players prior to the processing of withdrawals. KYC may also be required at other points during a player's relationship with ac55, including upon account registration, when large deposits are made, or when unusual account activity is detected.

11.1 Required Documents

Standard KYC documentation required by ac55 includes:

• Proof of Identity: Valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence showing your full legal name and date of birth.

11.2 Verification Timeline

ac55 aims to complete KYC verification within 48 hours of all required documents being submitted. During this period, the account remains active for play but withdrawals are held pending successful verification.

Accounts that fail to complete KYC when requested, or that submit fraudulent documentation, will be suspended and balances may be withheld pending investigation in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.

12 Responsible Gaming

ac55 is committed to responsible gaming. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that gambling is a form of entertainment that carries inherent financial risk, and that the outcome of games is determined by chance or by outcomes you cannot control.

ac55 provides the following responsible gaming tools, available to all registered players at any time through account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your ac55 account. Limit reductions are immediate; increases take 7 days to activate.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose in a defined period. Triggered automatically when the threshold is reached.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict your ac55 account for 24 hours, 1 week, 1 month, or 6 months.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the ac55 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the property of ac55 or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ac55 platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any ac55 content.
• Reverse engineering or attempting to access the source code of the ac55 platform.
• Creating derivative works based on any ac55 content.
• Using ac55 trademarks or branding without express written permission.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ac55 excludes all liability for:

• Any losses arising from gambling activity on the platform, including but not limited to loss of deposited funds through wagering.
• Losses arising from platform unavailability due to technical maintenance, network outages, or circumstances outside ac55's reasonable control.
• Indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind arising from use of the ac55 platform.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including the consequences of operating multiple accounts or submitting false KYC documentation.

ac55's total liability to any player for any direct loss arising from a demonstrable error by ac55 shall not exceed the value of the player's account balance at the time the relevant error occurred.

15 Privacy & Data Protection

ac55 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the ac55 Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Collection of registration data, transaction data, game activity data, and KYC documentation for platform operation and regulatory compliance purposes.
• Data retention in accordance with ac55's licensing obligations and applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• No sale of your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.
• Sharing of data with licensed game providers and payment processors as necessary for service delivery.

16 Amendments to These Terms

ac55 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before coming into effect, except where changes are required immediately to comply with applicable law or regulatory direction.

Your continued use of the ac55 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your balance prior to the effective date.

17 Termination & Account Closure

17.1 Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your ac55 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to your registered payment method following a standard withdrawal review.

17.2 Closure by ac55

ac55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Regulatory direction or licensing obligation requiring account termination.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming program.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation and will be handled in accordance with ac55's licensing obligations.

18 Dispute Resolution

19 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ac55 holds its international gaming license. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms that are not resolved through the dispute resolution process in Section 18 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of Pakistan or your country of residence that cannot be excluded or restricted by contract.
